Abstract
The current study, which included the participation of 179 social workers in Israel, aimed to enrich two primary research fields, spirituality in organizations and work attitudes, the latter of which focuses mainly on public administration organizations. Findings showed a correlation between spirituality and work attitudes. Specifically, correlations were found between workplace spirituality and spirit of work and both job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment. The study findings and their implications on the social work profession are discussed.
