Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapterpeer-review

Abstract

Well-being has become a main focus of multiple scientific domains in recent decades (Jarden & Roache, 2023). When asked about their aspirations for their children, parents often mention well-being at the top of the list (Seligman, 2013). The American Psychological Association (APA, 2023) defines well-being (WB) as ‘a state of happiness and contentment, with low levels of distress, overall good physical and mental health and outlook, or good quality of life’.
