Ultra-low loss integrated lithium niobate photonics in visible wavelengths

Abstract

We demonstrate a low loss integrated photonic platform in lithium niobate in the visible wavelength range. We show microring resonators with a quality factor of 107 and gigahertz intensity modulators.
