N2 - We demonstrate evidence of two-photon emission and photon pair correlations, resulting from injected Cooper-pairs in superconductor-semiconductor structures. Such structures can be utilized for multiple applications including enhanced two-photon gain, electrically-driven entangled-photon generation and Bell-state analyzers.
