title = "The Velodrome - ProCyclists Data Analytics",
abstract = "Cycling is an important field of sport, and a great example of a sport that is highly measured due to cycling computers that monitor and document workouts in detail. Having the data of each cyclist stored in a centralized database enables us to perform analytics in order to support the team{\textquoteright}s decision-making, such as who to send to which race, coaching decisions, and directuer sportifs preparation towards races. We describe here The Velodrome, a web based online tool that we developed with the Israel Premier Tech pro-cycling team to facilitate decision-making in the team. The Velodrome stores the data of all the cyclists{\textquoteright} activities and enables to analyze multiple cyclists{\textquoteright} data in parallel, unlike existing analytics frameworks that enable to analyze a single cyclist.",
