Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The article discusses the developments in the European Contract Law, particularly the proposed Common European Sales Law (CESL). It claims that the contract law identifies at least four types of mistake scenarios, including the unilateral mistake, mutual mistake, and non-disclosure. It examines the inconsistencies between the CESL's provisions and efficiency.
