Abstract
The article discusses the legal aspects of cyber-warfare as of 2015, and it mentions a computer- and email-related hacking incident involving the Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. firm, as well as information about cyber thefts involving credit card numbers and the personal information of consumers and computer users. American and European Union (EU) cybersecurity and Internet laws are examined, along with the legal rights of civilians and a right to be forgotten law in the EU.
