Abstract

The digital age has drastically changed many aspects of human life, with significant implications on education. Transforming school structures so they can foster digital age competencies sustainably is a grand challenge for educational systems and research. Learning community pedagogies provide a potent way to approach this challenge. We present a large, multi-year study that is supported by the national department of education that attends to the learning processes, outcomes, and infrastructures necessary to do this.
