Spectral superresolution in fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy

Abstract

We introduce a novel method to achieve high spectral resolution in a compact FT-IR spectrometer. In the superresolution FTIR, demonstrated in simulation and experiment, interferograms are stitched to effectively increase its size and yield higher spectral resolution.
