Solid-State Polymer based 1D and 2D Tunable Random Laser in visible spectrum

Abstract

We report tunable random lasing in 2D and 1D solid-state polymer-based dye-doped random lasers. In 2D configuration, w e s how t hat t he l aser e mission can be red-shifted by either decreasing scatterer density or increasing pump area. In 1D system, we demonstrate temperature-controlled spectral tunability of a partially-pumped single-wavelength random laser.
