Abstract
The article discusses social justice and social norms in relation to the governance of social media in places such as the U.S., Germany, and Israel, and it mentions the relationship between technology and the law, as well as freedom of speech, expression, and association rights in America. Terms of Use agreements and contracts are mentioned, along with fairness and a legal right to be forgotten in certain countries. Information privacy and social media regulations are assessed.
