Single DNG interface makes perfect imaging

Abstract

DNG perfect-imaging is shown to be a merit of the single-interface. A non-interacting combination of confined and real-improper single-interface modes generates a non-symmetric mode enabling perfect-imaging in a DNG slab, also existing under loss.
