Abstract
The article focuses on the need for reforming the international labor regime to assure all workers worldwide minimum labor standards. It highlights the problem of deterritorializing labor law and presents philosophical approaches to labor standards in a transformed global labor market. It analyzes the International Labor Organization's (ILO) basic structure and norm-generating procedures.
