Abstract

We study a new effect of Cooper-pair-based two-photon gain in semiconductor-superconductor structures, showing broadband enhancement of singly- and fully-stimulated ultrafast two-photon gain. These effects can have important implications in optoelectronics and in coherent-control applications.
