Abstract

We showed superconducting proximity in semiconductor light-emitting diodes proposed by us for enhanced two-photon gain and electrically-driven entangled-photon sources. We produced high-Tc superconductivity in topological insulators and demonstrated high-Tc superconductor-semiconductor tunnel diodes.
