Plasmonic particles with engineered resonances-superfilters and superabsorbers

Abstract

New families of plasmonic particles with on-demand resonance design are obtained by applying Evolutionary algorithm. Other particles were designed to exhibit multipole resonance degeneracy, e.g. collocated dipole-quadrupole, which may be applied as superfilters and superabsorbers.
