Nonlinear surface lattice resonance in metasurfaces

Abstract

We find a new resonant condition for enhanced nonlinear conversion in plasmonic metasurfaces. The enhancement origins from nonlinear coupling of localized surface plasmons over the lattice sites that leads to more than 30-fold generation enhancement.
