Abstract

The opportunity and responsibility placed upon policymakers to be open to, and to facilitate, the radical and remarkable possibilities presented by the crowdasset opportunity is a weighty one. To not make use of the opportunity would be remiss, and to not make it more possible for others to adopt it, or at worst delay that process, would be unforgivable. But, by the same token, policymakers are bound by responsibilities and duties to a range of stakeholders and imperatives which can make this decision-making process delicate, nuanced, and problematic….
