Abstract
The article presents the judicial review upon the legal and political system in Israel in context to law professor Sanford Levinson's article based on dual sovereignty. Topics discussed include mechanics of the U.S. constitutional system as compared to the constitutional law in Israel, adoption of the British Mandatory Law as the law of the land by the State of Israel, and relationship between the Jewish majority and Palestinian minority.
