Abstract

We have demonstrated hyperspectral tip-enhanced Raman imaging on dielectric substrates using linearly-polarized light and nano-fabricated coaxial antenna tips, enabling full Raman spectral imaging (chemical mapping) with a resolution below 20nm demonstrated on carbon nano tubes.
