Abstract

The potential of contextualised Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) is greatly discussed; however, a shortage of fulfilling potential contextualised MALL in both target and non-target seeks to recommend a way for teachers to guide their Chinese L2 contextualised MALL by relying on a framework proposed by the authors. Its contextualised components consist of real world and real life (for which a measuring index was proposed) as well as device mobility. Subsequent recommendations suggest teachers should guide students to relate to real world/real life components such as objects or other core activities. The presented knowledge may encourage teachers to guide students while not worrying about time spent.
