Abstract

Aneuploidy, a state of chromosome imbalance frequently found in cancer, results in convoluted cancer genomes. Here, Kuzmin and colleagues¹ identify how the aneuploid genome in triple-negative breast cancer is being shaped by unique genome network interactions.
