Generative Diffusion Models for Rapid Inverse Design of Diffractive Metasurfaces

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceeding › Conference contribution › peer-review

Abstract

We present a diffusion model–based generative framework for rapid inverse design of dielectric diffractive metasurfaces. The model achieves superior accuracy, diversity, and scalability in generating metasurface topologies for specified diffraction patterns.
