Fiber amplifiers of radially or azimuthally polarized light

Abstract

A novel configuration for amplifying radial or azimuthal polarized light with fiber amplifier is presented. We obtained 40dB amplification with more than 85% polarization purity and efficient conversion to linear polarization.
