Abstract

Upon initial publication this article contained an extra word in the first sentence on the third page. The sentence read, "⋯suspected of doing this, it, he was willing⋯" The sentence has been corrected to read: "⋯suspected of doing this, he was willing⋯" Additionally, reference 93 has been updated to include the editors, Sheridan Gilley and W. J. Sheils, and to remove Cambridge USA as the publisher of the book.
