The authors regret Fig. 2C contained repetitive patterns and was incorrectly placed from a different experiment. The original data for this figure is no longer available; however, the authors have data from an independent experiment on a similar mold (same HA patterned surface) that demonstrated the micropatterning of 3T3 cells on HA patterns. The corrected Fig. 2A–C includes this experiment. These changes do not affect the interpretation of data or the conclusion of the study.[Figure presented] Figure (A) shows the optical image of HA micropatterns on a glass substrate prior to washing, (B) is a fluorescent image of FITC-labelled IgG adsorbed on the glass substrate, and figure (C) illustrates 3T3 fibroblast cell adhesion on fibronectin coated patterns.> The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
