The authors regret making errors as follows: 1. Page 11 (p. 4 of the paper), Eq. (32): the numerator in the first relation should be ‘1+aˆ’ rather than ‘1+ā’.2. Page 11 (p. 4 of the paper), Eq. (34): the quantity to the left of the equality sign should be ‘aˆ’ rather than ‘ā’.3. Page 14 (p. 7 of the paper), third line in the paragraph above Eq. (58): the phrase ‘and the jump surface’, should be replaced by the phrase: ‘and the jump surface h(x,t),’.4. Page 14 (p. 7 of the paper), Eq. (58): the first quantity to the right of the equality symbol, namely, ‘I’, should be replaced by the quantity ‘(∇gp⊤)⊤’.5. Page 14 (p. 7 of the paper), Eq.
