Correlation based super-resolution in optical and ultrasound imaging

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

We present a method for fluorescent imaging called SPARCOM:sparsity-based superresolution correlation microscopy, which combines short integration time with spatial resolution comparable to PALM/STORM by exploiting the sparse distribution of florescent molecules and the lack of correlation between emitters.
