Abstract
Conjunctival stromal tumors are rare. This chapter describes benign and malignant tumors of the conjunctival stroma according to their tissue of origin: vascular and lymphatic tumors, fibrous tumors, histiocytic tumors, myxoid tumors, myogenic tumors, choristomas, and metastatic and secondary tumors. The salient features of these tumors are discussed.
