Changes in students attire according to lecturer's gender

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Attire often serves as a part of ones non verbal communication and as a means to achieve a desired impression. Examination of undergraduate students' attire during final exams revealed a significant bias towards more provocative wearing in classes taught by male lecturers vs. by female lecturers. This bias may be a form of non verbal, possibly unconscious, communication from the student to the lecturer.
