abstract = "In this paper, we recast the problem of interaction between a classical electromagnetic field and a pair of quantum dots coupled through dipoledipole interaction in terms of an equivalent circuit model. Then, we use the introduced circuit to investigate the electromagnetic scattering from a pair of interacting quantum dots. Equivalent circuits for complex systems of quantum dots greatly simplify the analysis and the design of light-matter interaction processes at the nanoscale.",
