The article address the impact of changes in market dynamics on technological developments and consumers purchasing decisions in the U.S. Topics discussed include analysis of benefits and harms of algorithmic consumers and the way these advances affect the competitive dynamic in the market; implications of technological advances on regulation; and reducing barriers to consumer access.
