Abstract
On January 12, 2010, Haiti was struck by a magnitude 7.0-Mw earthquake. The results of the earthquake were devastating [1]. The Israeli hospital and rescue personnel arrived to Haiti on January 15, 2010, and established a field hospital while conducting rescue operations [1–3]. One interesting issue is the differential effect of exposure to disaster on hospital personnel versus rescue personnel. These two groups generally hold the same aim of saving life but with some differences under harsh conditions.
