Abstract
In a previous article published in this journal (Ali A. Hussein, One Qasīda with Several Chaste Love Affairs in Light of al-Mufaaliyyt and al-Amaiyyt, Middle Eastern Literatures, 14/1 (April 2011), pp. 1-19, a discussion of the inclusion of two or more chaste love affairs in the same poem was conducted. There, we treated some qadas included in the two famous compilations al-Mufaddaliyyāt and al-Asmaiyyāt. This article is a continuation of that study. Here, the poems composed by Mulay b. al-akam that include mention of more than one love affair will be studied. At the end of this article, the unique qualities of Mulay's poetry in this domain will be highlighted.
