Abstract
mTORC2 is a metabolic regulatory complex activated by PI3K. In this issue of Immunity, Kishore et al. (2017) demonstrate a specialized role for this complex in the migration of regulatory T (Treg) cells to sites of inflammation rather than their differentiation and survival. mTORC2 is a metabolic regulatory complex activated by PI3K.
