This text, written in Spanish, as most of the work of Pinto Delgado, presents complex modes of representation concerning the memory of exile, crypto-Judaism and conversion. The analysis of this particular text intends to contribute to an understanding of the literature of the Sephardic diaspora, as a post-traumatic literature, revealing a particular behavior in relation to the dynamics of collective memory and forgetting.
