המאמר עוסק בפסק דין חדש הנוגע לזכותן של נשים לקבל קצבת שארים. פסק הדין דן באישה שחיה בנפרד מבעלה על רקע היותה אישה מוכה, ועם מותו תבעה את פנסיית השארים שלו.
