Abstract
English Abstract: This book is a collection of articles in honor of Chief-Justice Dorit Beinisch, the former President of the Supreme Court of Israel. The articles, written by Supreme Court Justices and some of the most prominent legal scholars in Israel, are divided into three main parts: the judiciary and judging; judicial review and constitutional law; and criminal law and human rights.
