Abstract

The unexpected outbreak of the Swords of Iron War on October 7, 2023, exacted a profound toll on both body and soul. Numerous residents along the conflict lines were swiftly evacuated to diverse settlements nationwide. For evacuees managing diabetes, this upheaval posed a dual challenge—coping with the evacuation itself; and dealing with the complexities of sustaining consistent treatment amidst significant life changes at the personal, familial, and community levels. This article aims to illuminate the distinctive difficulties faced by diabetes patients during the Swords of Iron War
