Abstract
המאמר דן בתיקון לחוק למניעת הסתננות משנת 2012, ובבג"ץ 7146/12 אדם ואח' נ' הכנסת ואח' שביטל את התיקון לחוק בהיותו לא חוקתי. המאמר סוקר כיצד עבר החוק בכנסת ואת עמדות השופטים בבג"ץ לביטולו.
