Abstract
המאמר מאפיין את הדילמה האתית המתעוררת סביב ייצוג של לקוחות זקנים בנסיבות שכיחות ואופייניות בזקנה ככלל. מטרת המאמר היא להציע מודלים אפשריים לייצוג על רקע הדילמה ומורכבותה.
