Ethics play a fundamental role in educational conduct, yet, the development of the term ‘ethical culture’ in educational organizations has not been examined. Using the social-ecological model, the goal of the study is to examine the characteristics of school ethical culture by comparing values that emerge from Schools’ ethical-code documents
