Abstract
המאמר שם זרקור על כך שלאחרונה הולכים ומתרבים העובדים המועסקים בחלקי משרות אצל מספר מעסיקים במקביל ומכנה צורת עבודה זו "עבודה מבוזרת". למרות שעבודה מבוזרת תופסת תאוצה בארץ ובעולם כצורת עבודה עדכנית, המאמר מאיר לראשונה את הקושי הנוצר בעידן העבודה המבוזרת לשעות עבודתם ומנוחתם של עובדים, ובוחן כיצד ניתן להתמודד עם קושי זה במסגרת החוק הקיים.
