Abstract
המאמר עוסק בהליך הראוי להחלפת חבר כנסת המתפטר לאחר שסיעתו התפלגה. המחבר טוען שההסדר המוצע במאמרו של עדו נחום לוקה בחסר ואיננו ניטרלי, ושההסדר הראוי הוא שחבר כנסת שהחל לכהן לאחר שסיעתו התפלגה ישתייך לאותה סיעה שבה כיהן חבר הכנסת המפנה את מקומו.
