Abstract
מאמר זה עוסק בלקחי ביניים של המשבר הכלכלי העולמי בהקשר של שוק ההון בישראל, תוך התמקדות בהשקעות גופים מוסדיים בשוק החיסכון הפנסיוני ובהסדרה ופיקוח ממשלתיים עליהם. זאת כדי למנוע תמחור חסר של הסיכונים הטמונים במכשירים פיננסים מסוימים והתנהגות עדרית שמובילה ליצירת בועות פיננסיות.
