מטרת המחקר הנוכחי הייתה לזהות אילו מאפיינים של הטרוגניות קבוצתית עשויים לנבא חדשנות בפרויקטים הנדסיים קבוצתיים, תוך השוואה בין שלוש סביבות למידה: קורס פרונטלי, קורס מקוון ומוק - קורס מקוון פתוח ומרובה משתתפים. (מתוך המאמר)
