Abstract
שאלת הביצורים המערביים של שלוחת עיר דוד נותרה עד היום אחת החידות הלא פתורות בארכיאולוגיה של ירושלים. לאור הנתונים שמוצגים במאמר ניתן להבחין במספר רב של שלבי בנייה.
