חלק ניכר מדיירי הדיור המוגן יזדקקו בשלב כלשהו בחייהם לעזרתו של מטפל צמוד. שכירת שירותיו של מטפל כזה והלנתו בדירה, שבה מתגורר הדייר, היא סוגיה רגישה ומורכבת במערכת היחסים החוזיים שבין הדיירים לבין הנהלות בתי הדיור המוגן. (מתוך המאמר)
