Abstract
המאמר בוחן את משמעותו של חוק אוויר נקי, התשס"ח-2008 בכל הנוגע להסדרה של פליטת גזי חממה בישראל. במאמר עולות שאלות הנוגעות לפרשנות החוק הרלוונטיות גם ליישומו באופן כללי ולא רק לגבי גזי חממה.
