Abstract
בג"ץ 11437/05 קו לעובד נ' משרד הפנים (13.4.11): שופטים: פרוקצ'יה, רובינשטיין, ג'ובראן. המאמר עוסק בפסיקה שביטלה את נוהל עובדות זרות בהריון. על פי הנוהל שבוטל על מהגרת עבודה השוהה בישראל כחוק ושילדה ילד לצאת מישראל בתוך 90 יום מהלידה והיא רשאית לחזור ולהיכנס לישראל לצורך עבודה רק ללא הילד. המאמר עוסק בביטול הנוהל מזוית המשפט הבינלאומי.
